After buying our first rental property in Ipswich 8 years ago, we have slowly built up a small portfolio of
Ipswich rental properties. These properties were all bought off-plan from a developer at market value (give or take the odd discount for being a good customer!)
We have now decided that it is time to put our property dealings onto a more professional footing. After joining our local property networking group and also a couple of property training courses in Birmingham, UK, we have created Evenstar Property Services to offer customers a quick house sale in return for purchasing the property at a below market value price.
The aim of these deals is to create a win-win situation: customers who need a very quick house sale due to repossession threat, job loss, relocation, illness etc can achieve this and sell to a cash buyer with no chain; we obtain a property at a good price.
